Participants are constantly arriving at the International Handball Federation’s seminar in Balatonboglár. The event, which is being held between the 5th and 8th of March, is expected to host 70 professionals from countries from 5 continents, thus having guests from New Zealand, Cote d’Ivoire, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.

Hungary follows hosts such as Qatar and South-Africa; therefore it is not exaggerated to say that the National Handball Academy (NEKA) had been thus put on the map of handball. The facilities provide an ideal location for IHF events since both theoretical lectures and practical training-presentations could be held under excellent circumstances.  

On their arrival day, guests received Hummel gear, which included a total of 208 kg (~459 lb) of clothing and footwear.
