One wing of the building houses the NEKA headquarters, while in the other wing air-conditioned hotel rooms and apartments can be found. These units include bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens with a living room, bathroom and separate toilets. Facilities include a washing machine, a refrigerator, a television and a landline telephone. In addition to the six 2x2-bed apartments, there are ten double and two single hotel rooms (one of which is wheelchair accessible) with bathroom and mini fridge.
