In line with its traditions, the National Academy of Handball this year again joined the initiative of the Hungarian Charity Service of the Order of Malta called "Giving is Joy" to help families in need.

In the framework of a fundraising event organized by NEKA, students and staff offered "the price of half a pizza" and from the sum the little team of the academy purchased food durables and sweets.

 

The young people were enthusiastic and helped to collect and buy as much as they could, beautifying the Christmas of many families. The cooperation with the Hungarian Charity Service of the Order of Malta has started several years ago, and in this context, emphasizing the importance of social engagement, all NEKA members are delighted to join the charity programme.
